Bentonite pumping

Bentonite is a highly absorbent, impure clay used for constructing slurry walls to form an impermeable, waterproof barrier. Bentonite Pumps transport the Bentonite fluid to bore holes to form a groundwater barrier. When Bentonite reaches the bore hole, moisture causes the Bentonite to expand and bond to form a sealant within the bore hole. Desanders decontaminate the Bentonite after use to remove silt and sand; heavy waste materials drop to the bottom and the light dust is extracted through a cyclone.
